Three bedrooms, two living rooms, and five acres that are yours for the stay. Two hours from Sydney or Canberra, 500 metres from the village, and far enough off the road that mornings start quiet.
Downstairs is a queen bedroom and the main living room with a wood fire. Upstairs is a second queen, a smaller double, and another living room with the movie stash, so the house can actually spread out. The kitchen was rebuilt in 2021: gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso. Outside: three decks, a pergola with BBQ and pizza oven, and the lookout with a fire pit over the escarpment. The master bathroom has a separate shower and a corner bath built for two.
Queen downstairs, queen and a double upstairs. Porta cot and high chair on request. Exclusive use of the cottage and grounds.
Linen, firewood, bath products, Nespresso and capsules, teas, board games, outdoor games, books and a decent DVD/Blu-ray pile.
Three decks, pizza oven, BBQ, fire pit, gardens, ponds, huge lawns and an on-property bushwalk. Wombat-spotting with the dolphin torches is a thing.
500 metres to restaurants and the Friendly Inn. Leave the car. Walk home under the stars.
Dogs are welcome on the lawns and bushwalk. The grounds aren’t fully fenced, so see the pet policy before you book.
